What does a done-for-you tech service actually include?
A done-for-you tech service means you hand it over and I handle everything — website setup, Google Workspace configuration, e-commerce integration, client onboarding flows, automations, SEO basics and ongoing maintenance. It is virtual tech support for teachers and business owners who want results without having to learn every tool themselves. You stay in your zone of genius. I handle the tech.
Do I need to be tech-savvy to work with a virtual tech assistant?
Not even a little. Most of my clients are teachers and small business owners who are great at what they do but find tech overwhelming, confusing or just time-consuming. You do not need any technical background — that is literally what I am here for. No jargon, no judgment, no starting from scratch on your own.
What platforms and tools do you work with?
I specialise in all things Google — Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Classroom, YouTube and the full Google Workspace suite. For websites I work with Squarespace, WordPress and Wix. I also support Canva, social media platforms and most standard business and education tools. If you are not sure whether your platform is covered, just ask — the answer is almost always yes.
What is the difference between done-for-you and done-with-you tech support?
Done-for-you tech support means I work independently — you hand over the project and get it back fully set up and running. Done-with-you is a coaching model where we work through everything together, side by side, so you leave with the skills to manage it yourself. Both are great options — done-for-you is faster, done-with-you builds long-term confidence. Not sure which fits? That is what the free chat is for.
How long does a tech setup or website project take?
Most done-for-you tech projects — including website setup, Google Workspace configuration and systems builds — are completed within one to three weeks depending on scope. I give you a clear timeline before we start anything so there are no surprises. Need it faster? Rush options are available.
Do you offer online tech courses for teachers and business owners?
Yes. My self-paced online courses cover Google Workspace setup, AI tools for productivity and SEO — all built for teachers and business owners who want real skills without the overwhelm. Every course includes a certificate of completion and progress tracking so you always know where you are. I also create custom courses for schools, teams and organisations when an off-the-shelf option is not quite the right fit. Many people start with a course and come back for done-for-you support when they are ready to hand things off.
How do I know if I need tech support, coaching or a course?
