What does a done-for-you tech service actually include?
A done-for-you tech service means you hand it over and I handle everything website setup, Google Workspace configuration, e-commerce integration, client onboarding flows, automations, SEO basics and ongoing maintenance.
Do I need to be tech-savvy to work with a virtual tech assistant?
Not even a little. Most of my clients are teachers and small business owners who are great at what they do but find tech overwhelming. No jargon, no judgment, no starting from scratch on your own.
What platforms and tools do you work with?
I specialise in all things Google Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Classroom, YouTube and the full Google Workspace suite. For websites I work with Squarespace, WordPress and Wix. I also support Canva, social media platforms and most standard business and education tools.
What is the difference between done-for-you and done-with-you tech support?
Done-for-you means I work independently you hand over the project and get it back fully set up. Done-with-you is a coaching model where we work through everything together so you leave with the skills to manage it yourself.
How long does a tech setup or website project take?
Most done-for-you tech projects are completed within one to three weeks depending on scope. I give you a clear timeline before we start anything so there are no surprises. Rush options are available.
Do you offer online tech courses for teachers and business owners?
Yes. My self-paced online courses cover Google Workspace setup, AI tools for productivity and SEO all built for teachers and business owners who want real skills without the overwhelm. Every course includes a certificate of completion.

Yes I work with teachers and business owners in the US, Australia and anywhere else in the world. All services are fully remote, delivered through video calls, screen sharing and async support.
